The stated prices do not include shipping costs.
Before shipping, all our items are carefully checked and packaged and delivered to you via Post.nl. For shipping we offer you the choice of insured shipping. The insured amount is up to a maximum of € 5,500 and is made on the conditions and rates that post.nl uses for this. For more information, visit www.post.nl. We do our best to have the order delivered to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Shipping is at the expense and risk of the buyer.

LANDSCAPES IN WOOL
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
You can pay for your order in different ways. We currently offer the following payment methods:

We do our utmost to deliver the most beautiful and good design possible. Of course, it can sometimes happen that an item is not entirely satisfactory. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
Please note: Products that you purchase through this web store and are custom-made according to the specifications entered by you are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.”
After receipt of the return shipment, we will check the order according to the terms and conditions of the webshop and credit the payment. Credit will be made within 14 working days after approval of the return shipment. Costs of returning are not included here.
The following conditions apply to exchange or return:
• If you want to exchange or exchange the item, we request that you return the item and order a new one.
• The item has not been used / worn and / or washed.
• There are no stains or body odours on the items.
• No attempt has been made to rectify a defect.
• The original cards and labels are still attached to the article in the original way.
• The item is in the original packaging.
• The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer.
• The Landscapes in Wool products are handmade from raw wool according to the felting process. Inherent to the product is irregularity in texture, on the underside and in the wool covering. A degree of wool / hair loss is also a product characteristic. No guarantee is given on this. Landscapes are sewn by hand and stitched at various points so that damage when a seam comes loose is very limited. Should the sewing nevertheless show defects, we will of course want to repair your purchase free of charge. Product and / or delivery errors must be reported to us within 8 days after delivery with description and photo by email to email@example.com.
Please note: we want to repair damage caused by pets, walking or hanging the work for you, but we will have to charge you for this. By the way, we can also give you advice on how you can easily carry out minor repairs to your rug yourself.
• Subsequent adjustments to a Landscape such as enlarging / reducing / shape adjustments are sometimes also possible afterwards. Discuss your wishes with us and we will try to provide you with the best possible service.
If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you the shipping costs.
